Because yes, it’s time for me to do something. It’s necessary.
Since he joined Manchester United, Alexis Sanchez’s career has only experienced one phenomenon, the involution. Nothing has gone well. And, being these his last years at the highest level, it is time to act.
Getting out of United? It’s a very serious option, perhaps the right one. The relationship didn’t work.
It’s time to go
The Chilean is a great player. Anything that isn’t proven is useless. In other words, he arrived as an unnecessary transfer to Manchester (any other position needed reinforcements, except that one) and everything looks like he will leave without pain or glory.
There’s an explanation for this, and it’s simple: he lost confidence.
His game denotes a loss of confidence that affects him too much. He is not the same as in Arsenal. He lacks the ability and daring to make those moves that were so talked about.
In Old Trafford the competition is serious. Even his team-mates got over it. Adding to this his performance, results in being completely relegated from the line-ups.
Also, when he disputes minutes the cravings win him; they act for him.
The player is not to blame in these situations. Sometimes he even has a part of it. But he does have the ability to act and decide what to do with his future.
Alexis has the solution. It’s a matter of making the right decision.
Clubs interested in Alexis? We are sure that there are lots of them, even coming from this version. And we’re talking about Champions clubs.
A hypothetical return to Italy? A return to Spain? Experience new lands? The debate will be nice.
But to be in Manchester… No, simply not.
It’s not good for him. It’s not good for the club either (and less with that salary, eh). And much less is good for Chile, a team that is crying out for it.
At 30 he’s at a time when safety is worth more than risk. There’s no margin for error. In other words, there can no longer be another chapter like Manchester.
So… Which club will Alexis Sanchez go to?
