The final of the Copa Libertadores will be played at the Santiago Bernabéu. The match that has been delayed for weeks and has had to be moved from continent due to the social misfits that attacked the Xeneize bus causing damage to the players before playing the historic final.

Both teams travel on Wednesday. Boca at 1:30 in the morning and River at 2:00 pm to avoid inconveniences in the farewells of the teams. Another thing shared by the members of the Argentine “superclásico” is that the 2 travel reluctantly.

Boca wanted the championship without playing and its president Daniel Angelici did everything he could, but the legal actions executed had no results and no sanction fell on the team of Rodolfo D’Onofrio.

River Plate refused to play outside of Argentina, claiming that it was a shame for all of Argentina, like Boca, they did everything possible, even calling the president for the game to be played in the Monumental. But the decision of CONMEBOL and FIFA was already final.

Like the G20, most of the world just wants to know the result. The game that was targeted as one of the biggest sporting events, has only served to show the dark side of South American football. The passion that turns into violence and ends up ruining what was going to be a spectacular year in sports for Argentina, after the Olympic Games, the final of the Copa Libertadores was going to be the perfect match to end the year.

Many famous Argentines in the world of football no longer care about the result. Juan Roman Riquelme said that the final of the Copa Libertadores had become the most expensive friendly in history and Mauricio Pochettino said: “It is a sad moment, the “Superclásico” will be very different, it is no longer important who wins or who loses”.
