PSG is already analyzing names and setting targets in the market to reinforce the team for the next season. One of them is Leicester’s Wilfred Ndidi, who is one of the highlights of the Foxes in the current season.
Money doesn’t seem to be a problem for the Parisian club, but it’s a concern in the case of Ndidi, as it’s a position that they have some names in the current squad, and it wouldn’t be plausible to pay 50 million pounds for a defensive midfielder in hard times like we’re living now.
Other names the Parisians are also analyzing are Thomas Partey and Bakayoko.
With the French Ligue 1 ended due to the pandemic, the Parisians were awarded the title.
With that, the club’s goal now is to strengthen the squad by giving coach Thomas Tuchel new pieces. Thus, 23-year-old Ndidi, a Leicester standout, appears on the club’s wish list. The Nigerian player substituted Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante, and now is one of the best in the world in that position.
Consequently, many clubs are interested in the athlete, including the Parisians. Leicester is currently in 3rd place in the Premier League table. Ndidi played 23 matches, scoring two goals and also having an assist. He also averages three interceptions and four tackles per game.
Another name that could reinforce Paris Saint-Germain is Brazilian right-back, Alex Telles. The 27-year-old Porto captain has a contract with the Portuguese team until 2021 and is keen on a move to the Parisian club.
They’re also in talks with Real Madrid’s Marcelo and are also interested in extending Neymar’s contract. After a lot of criticism from everywhere, the Brazilian striker had a decent season and had some really good moments with the PSG shirt this season.
