One of the greatest Premier League players ever, Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah has spoken out on his future at the Anfield Road club. There, the Egypt international conquered everything he could, both personally, and also with the club as a whole. Mo Salah played a major role in Liverpool’s UEFA Champions League’s title, also in the UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, and obviously, the brand new Premier League trophy, which the Reds had a long-wait to win it.
Winning everything, including two Premier League Golden Boots in a row, made some Football specialists think about Mo Salah’s future aspirations with the Reds. However, the Egyptian King’s – as he was kindly nicknamed by Liverpool fans – desire is to keep on playing for Jurgen Klopp’s team and win even more titles.
Thus, in an interview with the Beln Sport channel, Mo said he believes the Scouse club can win even more titles in the near future.
“I cannot describe my feelings after winning the English Premier League after 30 years. I’m very happy. I really like the atmosphere here. I love this place and I hope to stay for a long time ”- stated the winger.
German coach Jurgen Klopp joined the Reds in 2015 and started the Liverpool Revolution, as he really could bring the Reds to a-whole-new-level.
Despite ending up as the 2015/16 UEFA Europa League, the 2017/18 UEFA Champions League, and also the 2018/19 Premier League runners-up, the German and his Red Warriors made up for it, as they won the 2018/19 UEFA Champions League, the 2019 UEFA Super Cup, 2019 FIFA Club World Cup, and the 2019/20 Premier League titles.
Actually, the Reds retain these four titles, as the UEFA Champions League hasn’t ended yet, and they currently hold it, as well as the UEFA Super Cup.
However, even despite winning the lot, the Egyptian King believes that the Reds can still raise the level they are currently at.
“We adapt well as a team and our understanding is perfect. If this keeps on, we can achieve more. It is difficult to maintain our current level, but it is not impossible ”, he concluded.
It’s hard, but not impossible. We all thought that Liverpool had hit its peak last season winning the UCL, but they were even better this season. There’s still room for improvement, and Salah is a key-player in the Jurgen Klopp Liverpool System.
