According to the Spanish newspaper “Marca”, it was decided this Wednesday the continuation of the UEFA Women’s Champions League 2019-20. They said the last matches will take place in Spain.
The newspaper also confirms that the Royal Spanish Football Federation will be the co-organizer of these last games. In total, there are still seven matches to be played and it would be three in each chosen city: Bilbao and San Sebastian. The final, however, still does not have a defined place yet.
UEFA will decide in the coming days which stadium in Spain will host the grand final of the Spanish Women’s Champions League. Among the possible places, there is the San Mames Stadium, located in the city of Bilbao and home of the Athletic Bilbao, and also the Municipal Stadium of Anoeta, home of the Real Sociedad.

The organizers even considered the games to have at least half the crowd. However, the Prime Minister of Spain said that no matches will have crowd until further notice.
The quarterfinals, which will be the first matches to happen after the comeback, will be played on the 21st and the 22nd of August. The clubs that will face each other are Barcelona and Atletico Madrid; Lyon and Bayern Munich; Glasgow and Wolfsburg; and Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain.
From these eight clubs, four will continue into the semifinals, that will happen on August the 26th. The great final will be played on the 30th of August.
