The Portuguese League’s last matchday kicked off with the match between Gil Vincente and Pacos Ferreira. At the Cidade de Barcelos Stadium, both teams shared points after a 3-3 draw. Rodrigao Prado, Bozhidar Kraev, and Lourency scores for the hosts. Maracas, Douglas Tanque, and Matchoi Djalo scored for the visitors.

Even though the two of them weren’t fighting for anything, the match was pretty busy. Already in the early minutes, the away side was breaking the deadlock. At the 10th minute, Marcas jumped higher than the defense after a corner and headed the ball into the back of the goal.

They didn’t have much time to celebrate, as the hosts soon leveled the game. Six minutes later, Rodrigao also won against the opponents’ defense after a free-kick and headed home to keep all the same.

At the 21st minute, Gil Vicente comeback’s happened after Kraev’s goal. The number 24 took advantage of the goalkeeper’s rebound in the middle of the box and used his head to put the home team ahead on the scoring.

But there was still time for another goal in the first half, with Douglas Tanque. The number 99 scored a stunner, putting the ball into the right-top corner, to equalize the scoring once again and go to the locker room with a 2-2 draw.

Pacos Ferreira started the second half better than their opponents, being able to score already at the 49th minute. After Joao Amaral’s attempt, the ball was left to Djalo, who slammed home to put the visitors ahead on the scoring again.

The hosts then went full attack, searching for another equalizer, and they were able to find it at the 67th minute. After a corner, Lourency was at the far post to push the ball into the back of the net and complete the scoresheet.

The 3-3 draw didn’t really make difference for any of the teams, as both were not fighting for anything. With that, Gil Vincente finished the League with 43 points, in 10th place. Meanwhile, Pacos Ferreira finished with 39 points, in 13th place.
