Yeah, guys! According to the very own Jose Mourinho, there could be a possibility for a move to France! The Portuguese is currently without a club since he was fired from Manchester United in December last year. Jose Mourinho has taken advantage of the sabbatical time to watch in-game at football matches time and time again. This Sunday, the Portuguese showed up in the clash between Lille and Montpellier, for the French Championship. Always a celebrity wherever he goes, he was surrounded by fans and he was very kind with those he could with photos and autographs.
After the match, Mourinho explained that the invitation to go to Lille to watch the match came from Luís Campos, the club’s French director. The Portuguese, even, was before rolling the ball with Christophe Galtier, coach of the team. They have been friends since joining the Europa League in 2017, Mourinho at the helm of United and Galtier at Saint-Étienne.
The “Special One”, of course, was asked about a possibility to work in France. And he replied that “it would be a fantastic experience.”
– I can imagine (working in France), yes. I am a man who has worked in four different countries, I love to know other cultures, I really enjoy being always learning. Working on a new championship would be a fantastic experience, “he said.
However, Jose Mourinho clarified that, at the moment, is in no hurry to hit a club.
“For now, I’m cool, trying to spend as much time with family and friends, working quietly, waiting for an opportunity to return to football,” he said.
Despite he loves parking the bus wherever he goes, I’ll admit that I miss the Portuguese. He is both classy and arrogant at the same time. Once considered the best manager in the world, let’s see what the future will bring to Jose Mourinho, the Special One!
